FLORENCE, SOUTH CAROLINA / ACCESS Newswire / January 28, 2026 / Florence 1 Schools is pleased to announce that registration is now open for the February Extended Day Intercession Camp, providing students with academic enrichment and engaging activities during the mid-winter break.

The Extended Day program will operate during the February school intercession and is designed to support students with structured learning, recreation, and enrichment opportunities in a safe, supervised environment. "We are excited to offer the Extended Day February Intercession Camp to our students and families," said Dr. Richard O'Malley, Superintendent of Florence 1 Schools. "This program not only supports academic continuity but also gives students a chance to explore fun, engaging activities with their peers."
