The 9,665-square-foot building is strategically located along Rodney Orr Bypass, the primary thoroughfare in Robbinsville, which sees over 10,000 vehicles per day. The property is surrounded by major retailers, including Ace Hardware, McDonald’s, Wendy’s, Carquest, and Dollar General, all of which generate consistent traffic to the area. Additionally, the site benefits from its proximity to the “Tail of the Dragon,” a popular tourist destination that attracts 300,000 visitors annually. The property is also within walking distance of Robbinsville High School.

Randy Blankstein and Jimmy Goodman of The Boulder Group represented the seller in the transaction. The seller is a Northeast based investment fund, and the buyer was a private investor local to the property.
